Questions companies ask us
How do contracts and payments work?
We agree a fixed price for a written scope. Payment is split into milestones, typically a deposit at the start and the rest as each milestone is delivered and accepted.
Which language do we work in?
Korean or English, in writing and in meetings. Written specifications are kept in both languages when you need them.
How do time zones work?
India is three and a half hours behind Korea, so our working day overlaps your mornings and afternoons. We schedule meetings in Korean business hours.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. The source code, store accounts, cloud accounts and designs belong to your company from the first day, and we hand everything over at the end.
What happens after launch?
We monitor the release and fix launch issues at no charge for an agreed period. After that, a monthly maintenance retainer keeps your app updated.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA before you share any details of your product.
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes. We can take over one part of a product, such as the mobile app, and work alongside your in-house developers and designers.
